Job Description

Temporary Office Assistants needed to assist during a busy period for a municipal building. Assignment will begin on July 9th and last till the end of August.

Duties:




        
  • Assisting cashiers with daily tasks, answering phone calls, contacting apartments complexes, preparing information packets and help complete pending workload prior to increase in customer volume.

  •     
  • Assist customers walking in by coordinating the computer area and assisting customer with online process.





Requirements:




        
  • Customer Service and computer skills





Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm
