Job Description

A medical facility is currently seeking a Full Time Cook.


Job Duties:

  • Prepares all entrees, soups and vegetables for all patient and cafeteria meals and special functions.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary work area.
  • Maintains product stores.
  • Monitors food temperatures per HACCP guidelines.
  • Assists other team members with tasks when necessary and able.

Required:

  • Three to six months related experience and/or training in institutional cooking
  • TX Food Handlers License (ServSafe preferred)
  • Dress code: Non jean slacks and preferably black slip resistant footwear
Work Schedule: Mon-Sun/Shift: 5:30AM - 2:00PM (Days will Vary)
40 hours per week.  Alternate weekend availability (40 hours week)
