Job Description

Primary Duties for 2 Employee Operation: -Scan in LPCS at beginning of shift, in and out at lunch and at end of shift -Remove one side assembly from stack and hook into table -add pilot wore by attaching two rivets to each side -Remove one flat stack assembly from stack and place on table -Apply to flat stacks -Attach seven rivets to each side connecting side assembly and flat stack -Use a punch to open rivets -Use a hydraulic gun to brad rivets -Fold bed halfway and add end plug and/or body wire if needed -Check TV headrest to determine it will lock and unlock -Finish folding bed an tie with wire -Stack on pallet 7-10 high -Perform quality check on every bed -Daily production schedule must be finished before leaving for the day sometimes requiring OT -Some beds have special attachments, wires, etc. that are to be added -Each person is required to clean up work area daily. This is part of your production requirements. -Be able to perform any other duties assigned -Requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifiting of 35-95 lbs and placing stacks up to 10 units high. -Schedule subject to change
