Are you looking for Administrative work? We are currently looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Material Control Clerk for a manufacturer in Georgetown, KY.



Position is 90 days temp to hire.



Candidate must possess the following qualifications:




        
  • Basic administrative skills using Microsoft and Outlook.

  •     
  • Experience with Shared Logic is preferred but willing to train.

  •     
  • Data entry of PO’s.

  •     
  • Maintain work orders.

  •     
  • Must have good organizational skills.

  •     
  • Attention to detail and be a quick learner.

  •     
  • Must be reliable.

  •     
  • Must have good people skills.

  •     
  • Must be able to work in an open office.

  •     
  • Process all inbound/outbound loads.

  •     
  • Answer phone calls and handle customer calls and requests.

  •     
  • Process Invoice paperwork.

  •     
  • Other office duties as assigned.
