Job Description

An educational facility located in Lockhart, TX is needing an Accounting Clerk.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

        
  • Process A/R and A/P, filing, sorting checks, data entry of billing and expense information into Excel spreadsheets, and help with other clerical support duties as needed. 


Preference/Requirements: 


        
  • Some experience with A/R and/or A/P required

  •     
  • Intermediate in Excel (Currently use Windows 10)

  •     
  • Experience with Peachtree a plus but not required

  •     
  • Data entry skills sufficient to do a volume level of work when needed

  •     
  • Attention to detail, dependable, work well without supervision



Work Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm with an hour lunch (20-30 hours per week)
