Critical Tasks

1. Instruct applicants on completing employment application package and review for completeness.

2. Perform applicant interviews and select employees within Risk Management guidelines and client requirements.

3. Conduct orientation for select employees within Risk Management guidelines and client requirements.

4.Visit client facility and meet with decision-makers often enough to validate a thorough understanding of their needs and ensure that we are exceeding their expectations.

5. Resolve applicant questions.

6. Assist and/or process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.

7. Conduct him- or herself and lead others in an ethical manner, at all times adhering to the policies and procedures as documents in the Standard Operations Manual. '

Other Responsibilities

Must be willing and able to work flexible hours.

Must be willing and able to perform all task as described in the Risk Management system.

Must adhere to and enforce all Company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations; and ensure that all federal, state, and local employment laws and followed.

Must set excellent example and quality image to all Company personnel, customers, business partners and the public in general; must conduct activities as a Company representative in an ethical and businesslike manner; must maintain and Company assets and proprietary information.

Must document activities performed within Critical Tasks and Other Responsibilities.

High school diploma or equivalent
