Job Description

This position is being formed as an important part of expanding and improving both in-house and outside technical support and design tasks. This position will assist existing engineering and technical functions as well as develop and apply new engineering & sales tools to be used by all company employees involved in all facets of engineering & sales (entry level). Start pay $ 32,500 based on Experience


  • Maintain and update as needed all tooling and technical charts.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating technical drawings for use in sales, engineering, and production.
  • Assist, develop, and maintain professional and specific PP sales presentations for all facets of the company customer base.
  • Travel as needed with Company Sales Staff, Dealers, and Customers as needed for issues concerning sales, engineering, and applications.
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of company functions including dealers, customers, and employees.
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and scheduling of company trade shows
  • Familiarize themselves and become competent with the operation of our M2M software including order entry, order tracking, and quoting.
  • Become competent and familiar with costing, pricing, and profit margins on all products and report discrepancies to Management.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with customer base including dealers, OEM’s, and end users.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with all other company employees.
  • Assist and help in any and all areas of engineering, production, operations, and sales as needed.


  • Ability of use AutoCad and or SolidWorks
  • Individual must be detailed and organized
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with substance abuse policy
